A large audience at First Baptist Church enjoyed the Christmas pageant Leat We Foreet by Miss Ethel Washburn of Louisiana Tech Model School. More than a hundred participated in scenes on virtue and Christ’s birth with choral music, soloists, and angels led by Miss Washburn and coordinated by several directors. The program featured nativity scenes with Mary Joseph and angels, and a strong chorus and violin accompaniment, ending with a moral about service and love.
