Russell Council to spend 57000 on Main reconstruction
The Russell Town Council met on May 26 to discuss property purchases, a public lane closure issue, and the Main Street project. They plan a 58 foot Main with curb, funded 48 feet by the Province, at an added cost of 87000 for the extra 10 feet, plus highway coordination and lane paving estimates.
