Community Centre seeks parking lot expansion in Russell
A 100 by 400 foot paved lot is planned for the Russell and District Community Centre built in 1989. The $180,000 project would excavate two feet of unsuitable material lay geotextile add base and pave with a three inch asphalt lift by September. An May 1 information meeting precedes a May canvassing effort as events grow.
