Russell joins Earth Hour with candlelit ceremony and hot chocolate

Edmonton cut power by 1.5 percent Thunder Bay saved almost six percent Manitoba saw a 150 megawatt drop amid storms, Brandon households turning off lights for an hour. Russell aims to make Earth Hour an annual event.
