Cherokee County Cancer Society met to present a detailed fund drive report by treasurer Clyde Small. Totals list contributions from Wells 195.95 Alto 668.88 Rusk 800.78 Atoy 35 Re Kiaw 10 Ponta 26 Gallatin 54.63 New Summerfield 99.50 Jacksonville 1495, plus a 380 balance, totaling 3765.74. James H. Rounsaville presided. Bob Chambless gave a district report.
