First Set of Hearings in Roswell Groundwater Case

Schauer led the first hearings in the ongoing Roswell groundwater dispute between the State Engineer and Pecos Valley Artesian Conservancy District seeking to re adjudicate underground water and halt illegal irrigation estimated at 18000 to 30000 acres in the Pecos Valley.
