Genesis program at ENMMC to boost southeastern New Mexico healthcare staff
Eastern New Mexico Medical Center launches Genesis to recruit retain and reward healthcare professionals in the region. The program includes education programs mentorship incentives tuition assistance and community partnerships to maintain a highly qualified caregiving workforce. It envisions future expansion to train staff in clinics and offices and features collaboration with ENMU and local groups.
