Crop Dusting Crash Kills Ex-WAFB Officer near Roswell
Frank Rockwell Seibert 32 former captain in the 509th Air Refueling Squadron died at St Marys Hospital after a crop duster crash eight miles southeast of Roswell. He suffered severe injuries when the plane hit a tree during an attempted return. The crash occurred near East Grand Plains by John Knorr farm. Funeral arrangements are pending at Ballard Funeral Home. Survived by widow Marjorie. parents Mr. and Mrs. D B Seibert of Pittsburgh fly to Roswell for the services.

Court hearings for naturalization petitions from Korean campaign veterans will be held Friday. Joseph Minton, El Paso district director of the Justice Department’s INS, notified District Clerk Jean Willis. W. T. Wayland will be in Roswell Thursday for petition filings and will be available for interviews after 4 p.m. Thursday and part of the next forenoon. This marks Wayland’s first tour here, previously Brook Thomas represented the service.

28 Are Dead In American Airlines Crash
