Seven Hurt In Truck Wreck Near Santa Fe
Santa Fe Sept 15 AP Seventeen people were hurt two critically when a dump truck left an embankment near Teseque close to Santa Fe. The vehicle toppled after hitting a guard rail and a culvert, throwing occupants into an arroyo. Names were scarce with J Padillo family among the injured. Institute Cadet Gets Appointment to West Point Exam
Harry A. Clark Jr., a cadet at the New Mexico Military Institute, was designated by President Roosevelt to take entrance examinations for the United States Military Academy at West Point. Clark, in Second Class at the Institute, entered at the start of the second semester last year and earned a solid record in his one semester. His father, Major H. A. Clark, of the medical corps, serves at William Beaumont Hospital, Fort Bliss, El Paso.
