Open house Sunday Art show set at Roswell State Bank
More than 100 artists from Southeastern New Mexico expect to enter Art 78 in a three day event opening with an open house Sunday at 1 p.m. at the Roswell State Bank. The third annual show features paintings graphics and drawings from Eddy Lea Lincoln and Chaves counties with about 1500 in savings bonds and a signed lithograph by Peter Hurd among awards. Peter Rogers will judge Saturday morning and present Sunday at 3 p.m. The top prize includes a 500 purchase award keeping the winning painting at the bank.
