Court rules on citations against Roswell officials
The New Mexico Supreme Court reinstated contempt citations against Roswell Police Chief Stephen Wisniewski and others, reversing an appeals court ruling. The 1983 district court found McCormick, Walker, Wisniewski, and Capt. Wyatt in contempt for failing to disclose information and produce materials in a pending criminal case, with $100 fines each.
