Roswell hosts a Monday morning groundbreaking for a $10 million Home2 Suites by Hilton at 700 N. Virginia Ave near the convention center. Partners led by Ginda Singh plan a four story 82 room all suite hotel with indoor pool and meeting space for up to 75, aiming to open in about a year as part of downtown revitalization.
