Cuban pianist Rodriguez to substitute at Roswell concert
Cuban pianist Santiago Rodriguez replaces Anne Marie Levine as soloist for Schumann Piano Concerto with the Roswell Symphony Sunday at 7 p.m. in Pearson Auditorium. Rodriguez, born 1952 in Cuba, debuted with the New Orleans Symphony after moving to the United States in 1960. He holds degrees from the University of Texas and Juilliard and has performed across the United States as a soloist and recitalist. Tickets are available at Roswell Museum and Art Center Ginsbergs and at the door.
