Artesia New Mexico October 16 AP The New Mexico Road Oil Company Refinery at Dayton eight miles south of Artesia was destroyed by fire at two this morning. The loss is estimated at 10 000 to 15 000 dollars and is not insured. Officials say the refinery could be rebuilt on the potash spur of the Santa Fe railroad near the Getty oil pool.

McGrady Links NRA Standards to Democracy Risks in Industry
