Roberto Guevara returned from Bolivia and said the guerrilla killed there is not his brother Ernesto Che Guevara. Argentina’s Foreign Minister Costa Mendez cited official Bolivia reports confirming the body as Guevara and finger print evidence. Roberto disputed the fingerprints as evidence.
In Pittsburgh AP report, a mediation panel’s effort to settle the steel haulers strike faltered as truckers and the National Steel Carriers Association refused a panel meeting over the seven hour wait time for loading and unloading. Daniel Berger said negotiations would not resume, despite approval of the seven point plan by Pittsburgh truckers.
