The Western Union handled private messages today and press dispatches were expected this afternoon but too late for publication. Beginning tomorrow The Record plans to publish its full telegraph news quota. Mrs. Smith of Philadelphia, visiting for health, arrived on the delayed train. Miss Nona Wallace of Belle Plaine Kansas, with a claim near McMillan, reached Roswell on the delayed train last evening. Wallace has been delayed in Portales since Sunday and was among the first passengers moved across the Pecos yesterday afternoon.
