Two Found Dead In Artesia Camp
In Artesia New Mexico authorities report the deaths of Lawson Shepard 39 of Lovington and Mrs Lois Garton 39 of Hobbs in a tourist camp Sunday afternoon. Application by Armstrong and Armstrong to move water rights from east of Roswell to the Berrendo district was approved by state engineer Thomas McClure. Four Automobile Accidents Reported in Roswell
Police checked four automobile accidents in Roswell Saturday afternoon and night. No one was injured. Cars driven by Jim Decker and Carl Bourland sustained slight damage in a First and Richardson collision. Mrs. Adelle Percival backing from East Third caused slight damage to her car in the 100 block. A pushed car collided with a parked vehicle at 5th and Shortell, slight damage. Julius Goodart and Melton Pfiefer operated the two involved vehicles. Staton Wooldridge's 1941 Chevrolet was heavily damaged after hitting a parked car on Main Street near the CCC camp.

Three Injured In Auto Accident Near Hollywood New Mexico
Three Los Angeles residents were taken to St Marys hospital Roswell NM after a morning crash one mile east of Hollywood New Mexico. Ralph W Cunningham suffered two broken ribs and a punctured lung.
