Murder charge dropped in Roswell case on detainer technicality
A Roswell murder case against Humberto Figueroa was dismissed by Fifth Judicial District Judge James Hudson on November 6 after authorities failed to extradite him to New Mexico on time. Roswell pair convicted in meth trafficking cases
Vincent H. Vacca aged 46 and Joseph Anthony Bersane aged 33 were found guilty of trafficking methamphetamine in state District Court Roswell.
