Tricarico’s land faces county cleanup lien after council vote
Chaves County commissioners denied Tricarico’s appeal to halt cleanup of his Roswell area property at 6105 N. Main St. The county will perform the work and place a lien on the four lots in Glen Alto, citing fire risk and debris spread toward U.S. Highways 285 and 70. Tricarico will be billed, with costs based on Road Department labor and landfill fees.
