ETZ chair replaced after zoning vote on Roswell medical marijuana site
Chaves County commissioners replace Royce Maples with Greg Nibert as ETZ chair after a failed reappointment vote. Harold Hobson and Leroy Lang, who voted against the Pecos Valley Pharmaceuticals facility, are retained. Neil Roe recused from the decision.
