Eastern New Mexico Medical Center promotes a 30 Minutes or Less ER Service Pledge to see a medical professional within 30 minutes of arrival. Since May 2013 the average wait for non life threatening emergencies has been 26 minutes. The center is a Chest Pain Center and Level III Trauma Center with Tele neurology and post discharge callbacks.
