US won't seek high court review in immigration case
The Justice Department announced it will not ask the Supreme Court to review Judge Andrew Hanen's injunction blocking President Obama's immigration action. The move comes after a federal appeals court panel refused to lift the injunction. The department will focus on the merits of the appeal before the 5th Circuit in July while the policy remains on hold.
