Dog tags of deceased soldier found and returned
Basil Robinson’s World War II era dog tags, stolen along with belongings from two storage sheds in Roswell, were recovered years later after Venus and Tina Wooddell located them in a dumpster. Social media helped reunite the tags with his family, with Robinson having served as a Navy hospital corpsman in Desert Storm and sustaining heart and other complications before his 2014 death.
