Herrmann's walkoff lifts Diamondbacks over Mets in 11th
Arizona's Daniel Herrmann hit a belt high fastball for a walkoff homer off Rafael Montero in the 11th, giving the Diamondbacks a 5-4 win and dropping the Mets to a seventh straight loss on a soggy New York trip. Matt Harvey struggled after a delayed start, while Patrick Corbin worked six innings for Arizona. Conforto and Lagares each homered for New York, which led late before Yasmany Tomas doubled in the seventh to tie the game.
