Eastern New Mexico Fair Board to install sprinkler system
The Eastern New Mexico State Fair Board will install a sprinkler system in its new 9,900 square foot building at 2500 S E Main St Roswell to upgrade from a temporary to a full certificate of occupancy. Fire Marshal Miller said the system is needed for official use as an event venue and gathering space despite initial plans. The project, financed by the nonprofit with a $860,000 budget, could cost 80 000 to 100 000 and aims to support livestock shows weddings meetings and other events at the fairgrounds.
