Flooding closes Roswell Police Department lobby
The Roswell Police Department lobby and public records areas are closed until further notice after pipes in the ceiling flooded areas of the Roswell Police Station at 128 West Second St. Public Information Officer Todd Wildermuth said repairs were made after discovery around 3 a.m. Sunday by the city Facilities Management Department.

Man charged after gunfire near Wool Bowl incident
Isaiah Ornelas, 23, of Roswell, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, shooting at or from a motor vehicle, and resisting or obstructing an officer after allegedly pointing and firing a gun toward the ground following an argument near the Wool Bowl. Bond set at 50000 cash or surety. No injuries reported.
