City to Survey Drainage Costs for Possible Bond
Roswell city engineers began a survey to determine the cost of comprehensive drainage improvements. If costs justify, voters may be asked to approve a bond issue funded flood control work. Mayor Hall said the bond election would occur before the new fiscal year if desired, with a possible special council meeting later this month.
