Roswell reports mass deaths of birds after storm
Roswell residents report 150 dead birds around a yard on N Union Ave and about 80 more in a Walnut Ave yard after a severe storm. Additional dead birds were found near Atkinson Ave. Ornithologists and a veterinary pathologist weighed weather and lightning as possible causes, citing cold rain and nesting stress as factors.
