Roswell to open second medical marijuana dispensary
Pecos Valley Pharmaceuticals plans a mid April opening in Roswell's medical district for a second state regulated dispensary at 313 W Country Club Road. CEO Clinton Greathouse says the company also operates a licensed grow at 4000 E Hobson Road and will hire at least 15 staff. The move follows prior opposition from Roswell and Chaves County leaders over the Nature's Dairy site conversion and underscores ongoing political debate over medical cannabis.
