Roswell High FCCLA members win state roles and scholarships
Roswell High School FCCLA members Miguela Gorham and Hiram Olvera were elected state officers at the Albuquerque Leadership Conference and will represent New Mexico in Nashville. Gorham earned a $1000 Johnson & Wales scholarship for Gold in Job Interview. Campa and Dominguez won $750 Silver awards in Entrepreneurship. Eleven students qualified for Nationals in Nashville.

ILEA Day of R and R At Roswell Air Center
Delegations from Belize Dominican Republic Mexico Paraguay and Uruguay join a Sunday event at the Roswell International Air Center from 2 to 5 PM. Activities include horseshoes volleyball tug of war and a soccer game limited to ISEA Delegations with food music and desserts welcome. An old time gospel hour is set for 4 PM at First Assembly of God Church.
