Lawmakers approved a package cutting corporate income tax from 7.6 to 5.9 percent over five years and extending incentives for manufacturers selling outside the state. The measure allows cities and counties to raise taxes to offset lost state revenue over 15 years. Governor Susana Martinez said she will sign the package and the $5.9 billion state budget.
