Roswell Blues Brothers shine at Mayor's Beans Luncheon
The Roswell Blues Brothers mob led by Jimmy Allison and Mike Puckett wowed guests at the first Mayor's Beans and Cornbread Celebrity Waiter Luncheon at Sally Port Inn. They arrived amid car trouble, staged stunt drives, and a dramatic battery jumper start. The event, organized by Ann Jaramillo and Deanna Cheney, raised about 8000 for Chaves County Red Cross and Maternal Child Health Referral projects, with emcees Riley Armstrong and Little Johnny Russell keeping bidders energized.
