Roswell man faces dropped charges in double shooting case
A Roswell aggravated battery with a firearm charge tied to a June 3 shooting that killed Jerry Fuentes and wounded Domingo Fuentes was dropped after a witness failed to cooperate and evidence was deemed insufficient. Victor J Baca, 20, was released after a nolle prosequi was filed. Lorenzo Najar Jr., 20, remains jailed on murder and aggravated battery counts.
