Mrs H L Robertson testified she fired two shots at two men retreating from the lobby after her husband and Dave Allison were killed. She identified Ross as the shooter. NO TRACE FOUND REPORTED RUM SHIP OFF TEXAS. Galveston Texas June 22 large rum runner anchored off the coast failed to materialize when customs inspectors visited the vicinity. Ben Zrn, special deputy collector, could not confirm if it was a rum vessel. No trace of the ship was found after investigation. Captain Saunders Home. Captain H P Saunders, commander at New Mexico Military Institute, is home from a six weeks tour of military schools in the middle west, south and east. He visited West Point and Annapolis. Captain G L Erwan, Post Adjutant, accompanied him and stopped in Chicago on Institute business and will be home Sunday.

New London June 22 A mystery surrounds the explosion that wrecked the Speedy a power yacht about twenty miles off Saybrook Witnesses on another boat saw the yacht burst into flames and explode.
