Roswell Killing Leaves One Dead Two Wounded in Early Morning Shootout
Benito Juarez, 30, died from gunshot wounds at 1 a.m. at 804 S Kentucky Ave. Two others, Daniel Mendiola, 19, and Justin Seward, 21, were injured. Mendiola was arrested on murder and evidence tampering charges. Seward remains in critical condition. Police found weapons at 309 W Tilden St and seek witnesses.
