Winfield S. Day of Hagerman and Miss Nellie K. White of the city were married Monday night at Hagerman in the home of John I. Hinkle. The ceremony came as a surprise to friends of the couple. Mr. and Mrs. Day are now listed as newlyweds.
Mrs Day and Mr Day were married yesterday with Mr Day returning to duty at Hagerman National Bank. Mrs Day stays with her mother Mrs Fannie White and will join her husband in Hagerman tonight as they plan to make their home there. Congratulations pour in from friends in Roswell and Hagerman.
