Filed by Paul Simon of the New Mexico Oil Company in Albuquerque seeks to restrain the Bureau of Revenue from interfering with marked sales receipts. Officials say the complaint involves a law prohibiting prize offerings with gasoline sales and price posting requirements with penalties for adulteration. The firm contends unconstitutionality. Refunds for gasoline tax come from 8,000 eligible claimants, with 3,440 permits issued at no charge. A county central committee will be elected by Santa Fe Republicans in convention Monday. Condemnation suit over 280 acres in Eddy County for a federal conservation project names Z. C. D. Watesn and others as defendants. Santa Fe county schools claim $150,000 for the state emergency fund. State finance court to meet to address a deficit before July 30, end of the current fiscal year.
