Health initiatives presented to Chaves County commission
Chaves County commissioners heard details on four Health Planning Council initiatives aimed at mapping county health strengths and weaknesses. A countywide survey will reach 2,500 households starting mid August, guiding broader health planning. The council also hosts a Day of Games event at Cahoon Park with 500 attendees and 30 community agencies, and will produce a Community Report Card funded by Kellogg Turning Point.
