Santa Fe July 19 AP With Democrats settled on a campaign course attention focused on Friday and Saturday meetings of the Progressive and Republican State Central Committees. The debates center on Sen Bronson Cutting the Progressive Republican up for re election If accepted a fused ticket could form a progressive Republican slate leaving Democrats free to field their own ticket. Rumors of a liberal Democratic split over Cutting's role persist as the Page Eight continuation notes.
