Roach travel expenses raise questions over city funds
Roswell City employee Renee Roach the recycling and Keep Roswell Beautiful coordinator racked up more than 3500 in taxpayer funded travel during 24 days on the road between November and June. The keep Roswell Beautiful liaison to the New Mexico Film Office earned 63066 annually and took unpaid leave last month. February trips to the Keep America Beautiful Conference in Charlotte charged to Elaine Mayfield's city card included 2161 for hotel and transport.
