Two Robbers Shot After Valley View Heist
Two unidentified men were fatally wounded in a morning robbery of a hardware store and post office in Valley View Texas. A third robber was captured after a posse confronted them near an automobile with stolen guns and ammunition. The suspects, who refused to give names, fled toward Gainesville. one man was jailed there. The incident involved a Ft Worth license plate.

Pony Dragged Six Year Boy to Death Yesterday
Richard Kelly six year old son of Sergeant Frank Kelly of the Institute Cavalry unit was dragged to his death yesterday at 5 30 p m after his foot caught in a pony stirrup. The Flannery Shetland pony pulled him for about two blocks before he died. He was born in Paterson New Jersey and lived with his parents at the Institute. Services will be held at St Peter's Catholic church tomorrow morning at nine conducted by Father Mathew. Burial at South Park.
