The Roswell SAFE Coalition safety column recounts the 2014 Summit on Community Violence in Albuquerque. It highlights Candace Stevens’s story of her daughter’s abuse, calls for open dialogue, and urges parents to listen, say no to unwanted touch, and watch for warning signs as communities plan future forums and actions.
