Roswell man receives suspended sentence for second-degree murder
Leonard Soto, 52, of 1502 N Kansas Ave, was sentenced in district court to a suspended 10 to 50 year term and five years probation for second-degree murder in the November shooting death of Thomas Sonny McKenzie. Soto changed his plea from innocent to guilty May 1 after a 60 day psychiatric exam.
