Sharon Dahlk from Botkins Ohio trained with Roswell balloonists Bill and Suzi Flynt learning takeoffs landings and inflations ending with a 1 hour 45 minute solo flight. She passed the written exam and scheduled FAA testing in Albuquerque. Dahlk plans to return to Ohio as a licensed pilot and join Rainbow Express rallies and the 1979 Balloon Fiesta.
