An Albuquerque man Charles Richard Weaver, 34, died in a one vehicle crash 13 miles north of Roswell on US 70 Tuesday night. State police say he was pulling a house trailer. the tractor-trailer crossed the left side, went off the road, and tumbled end over end. Weaver suffered severe head and chest injuries and died on arrival at Eastern New Mexico Medical Center. His body was taken to LaGrone Funeral Chapel with services pending.
