Roswell Water Plan Details Future Demand and Costs
The Roswell water master plan projects eight billion gallons annual use for 95 200 residents by 1995 and 25 7075 acre feet of water rights. Four future supply options exist, with the most feasible expanding wells south of Roswell near RIAC at about 12 cents per 1000 gallons over 20 years. Mayor Smith notes the plan is in study stage and will be refined in Phase III after council review.

Kissinger Seeks New Nuclear Treaty Ideas From Soviets
