Roswell Rabies Clinic At Fire Stations Friday
A citywide rabies vaccination clinic will be held Friday 2 5 p m at Roswell Fire Department stations for dogs and cats at least three months old with about 20 percent off the usual price. The event runs Jan 27 in Rabies Vaccination Week proclaimed by Gov. Jerry Apodaca and is sponsored by state Health and Social Services Department with Chaves County Veterinarians Association. Stations include Central Fire Station at Richardson and Walnut and others across the city.

UNM Ambassadors to Meet Parents and Prospective Students
The University of New Mexico Ambassadors will gather at the Roswell Inn at 7 30 P M to host parents and high school students. The three year program involves faculty and staff meeting with families to discuss admission, financial aid housing academics and student life. The group also met the Kiwanis Club of Roswell at noon at the Cattleman’s Steak House.
