Fire Chief Matt Miller announced retirement after over two decades. Cannabis operation seeks zone change, USE permit, and variance for 3606 N Main St, Starlight Plaza. Six to three vote opposed by Halvorson Moore Marrujo. Meeting also addressed flood risk work and Stantec bid for Substantial Damage Assessment.
