King seeks 60 million income tax rebates in 1980 plan
Gov. Bruce King announced a 1980 legislative package proposing a 60 million income tax rebate to New Mexicans, plus an expanded severance tax plan raising 65 to 70 million. The rebate would target middle income earners with 44 to 47 dollars more per eligible taxpayer, possibly in two installments.
