Gilberto Carrillo of Glendale Arizona was arrested December 31 2015 in Roswell for DWI evading an officer stop sign violation failure to maintain lane and no driver's license. Roswell Police Department provided BrAC BAC readings and Carrillo refused to provide alcohol level per state law.

Traffic delays after two wrecks hit North Main Street
